Team Working

The course is aimed at employees, associates, managers and corporate executives.

Teamwork can enrich knowledge, skills and experience. But if the communication inside it is not fluid, if the information flow gets stuck, the group struggles to move forward causing a reduction in performance. The course aims to provide methods and tools to transform a work group into a winning team, able to take out its potential within a constant performance improvement.

The course consists of 5 scenario-based modules (story-video) that includes interactive activities and a short final assessment.
